NextBus Mobile Application has following major functionalities:
1. Find real-time ETA for nearby stops instantly.
2. Find walking directions from the current location to the nearest stop.
4. Save favorite agency, route and stop.
5. Find all or nearby Transit agencies.
6. Restore default setting such as favorite stops etc.
7. Get Help and learn how to use the application.
8. Send comments/questions/complaints to NextBus or Transit Agency.
9. Expand arrival information for selected agency/route/stop
10. Find arrival for next three tracked vehicles.
11. Save alerts for a stop and agency.
12. Support French and Spanish.

1) Real-time ETA is available for service vehicles that are equipped with working GPS devices.

The app is great, its just a bit buggy with voice over. Please may you improve the app to be more easily compatible with voice over for the visually impaired!
So easy to catch the bus, time arriving is accurate. Also see the icon of wheres the bus at.
Nice job with the UI I lost my favorites but hey, I can always just save my favorites again. Nice to know you guys are actually listening.
When I updated I came back to my home menu in my iPhone how about you guys please update it again please
Lets just say that I sought out this app on the App Store again JUST to review it. Being new to San Francisco, I was looking for a way to get Muni bus stop times on the fly. This app delivers in spades. Thank you so much!
Some bad moments
The map doesnt show vehicle positions. Ill stick with the web app for now.
Your app did not show the TTC 12B westbound bus was arriving on Kingston Road at Eastwood in Toronto in the nearby tab. It only showed the 12a. Yet your web page did show the 12b was arriving. The web page also uses la larger font and is formatted for much easier reading than the tiny print on the app. Every time the app refreshes I have to select the transit system again to see the buses which is very annoying. The favourites tab is very time consuming to set up and I cannot find any way to sort the list.
The web app is faster and easier to use, a single click on the desktop shortcut shows me what I need with no delay.
Not accurate. And get rid of the app nag line. Just get the web version and add it to your home screen. Its much better.
Useless update. Cant use the app anymore since it crashes on launch.
The mobile website is much more user friendly. It doesnt have alarms either, but it stays open on your stop a lot longer, and has maps so you can see where the stop is.
Please add a "your bus is X minutes away" alarm, and put the maps in!
