App doesnt work after update. Cant even open the app anymore. Cmon guys!! Get it together!

Upgraded and lost all my favorites. And as an added bonus all the text is bigger (which I didnt need), and it shows only the next two arrival times. It used to show more. This is more of a downgrade.

I used to get WMATA bus times on the app. After an update WMATA stop showing up the app. Now all I get is circulator bus time which isnt helpful for me. WMATA is DCs main public transportation system. So for me the app is garbage until WMATA is back on it.

The app lies to you in your face. One second it says the bus arrives in 1 min the next second it changes it to 20 min. Also do not believe it when it says the bus is almost here. That can range from waiting an extra 5-30 min. Yea, completely, utterly useless. I mean, seruously what else do you expect an app written by the local government? They should be ashamed of themselves.

App wasnt the best to begin with - far worse with the update. Lost all favorited routes/stops, worse UI, so buggy you cant even select your routes.

What happened to this app? It was marginal to begin with and now it wont even start up!! When I hit the button it gliches out and immediately quits. It wont even start up now!

You have to browse every transit system in the country to find your bus. Thats with location services enabled. One issue among many. No search function. Favorites get deleted. Endless pain. You will spend more time using this app than calling information, getting the number for local bus authority, calling the bus line, and finding your route there. Do not waste your time with this app.

Lets just say that I sought out this app on the App Store again JUST to review it. Being new to San Francisco, I was looking for a way to get Muni bus stop times on the fly. This app delivers in spades. Thank you so much!

For a long time, this app was fantastic. Since the upgrade, bus arrival times are totally unreliable. The app will say the next 2 buses are due in 2 and 22 minutes- and it will hold at 2 until 22 minutes have passed and the *later* bus shows up. Or worse, itll count down to 0, no bus shows, and the time will suddenly change to 25 minutes. Argh!

This app is pure garbage. Go back to the old and better Nextbus app, whereas once its open it shows you all the buses coming to that stop and stop near by

Hateeee the fact that I cant see the listed directions & stops the bus is going to anymore, it just makes everything so confusing when you dont know the area too well. I prefer the old update

1 minute pretty much means 2 minutes. 5 minutes remaining = 10+ minutes.

Not much good to say about this app and service. Ive tried it for the various bus and rail lines in San Francisco, yet I have to browse through every transit agency they support in the whole country to pick a route. The "real time" data they show is horribly inaccurate and frequently shows busses arriving and departing my stops when no real bus is anywhere to be seen for at least ten minutes before or after, and shows no busses arriving at all in the time that two go by. In the six weeks Ive been commuting in SF, it was nearly correct once, Im now certain by pure coincidence. It does have one nice feature in that it lets you save your stops to favorites so you dont have to browse for them every time.

Indicates that a bus is on the way when it in fact has already left. Will count down the arrival time for a bus that doesnt actually exist and then resets to show the arrival time for the next bus that actually isnt coming. Save the frustration. This app is useless.

This app is terrible, the times it gives are wrong so often...today its been off by almost 10 minutes. Last time Im using nextbus Garbage application and website wrong too

This is one of the poorest apps Ive ever used, and I never actually am motivated to write app reviews. No option to set a default transit system to display, updates location information too infrequently to be of use for making tight connections, reports back incorrect bus and metro arrival times. Appears to have been designed by consensus and a bottom-dollar bid. Using my transit systems mobile Web page is a better option.

The app keeps shutting itself down. Itll work once and then I cant open it again. Very annoying. I also dislike that fact that I always have to select my routes anew each time I access the app. Not the easiest thing to use...
