Among other things the app constantly jumps back to the main menu while I am reading listings. Despite the many rough edges it basically works and I use it often.

Great app with amazingly accurate info about bus times. I depend on this every day!

Sometimes I can rely on this app to get me where Im going but often times I cant and its really frustrating. This app stays playing games with you, itll tell you a bus is coming in 20 minutes when it actually comes in 5. If they fix it with an update Id give it a higher rating

This WAS a wonderful site. Someone decided to totally ruin it, leaving us without this tool when we needed it. I cannot even send bookmarks to use! These changes are a big error. What person thinks to foul up a working app? Foolish foolish and foolish.

This app is NEVER accurate regarding the N Judah at Ocean beach. Countless times Ive watched my train pull away when I was half a block away yet the app says its not due to leave for another 5 to 8 minutes. More often than not, the next train is 20 to 30 minutes away. Sometimes it will say the train leaves in 1 minute yet there isnt one in sight for another 10. Ive already lost one job to this and nervous about my other one! Are you guys even TRYING anymore? Whats more is the feedback option is disabled so MUNI doesnt even care to hear from the people they are screwing over. Such a sad service.

Arrival times are mostly fiction. Avoid

Getting rid of a reliable website for this app does nothing to ease my MUNI commute and plan alternate routes. The refresh and arrival times are seldom accurate and you pretty much have to have the bus stop in sight to see the approximate arrival times unless you have it saved to youre favorites. By then youre either running or watching it go by. Searching for routes is impossible. This feature does not exist as it did on the website unless it is hidden in an Easter egg I have to find. It only lists nearby bus routes and with the inaccurate GPS I mostly get routes Im not looking for in which I have to scroll through the poorly designed bus options to see it has only busses listed two miles away. In San Francisco thats across town. As far as the favorites all the selections look the same. Poorly designed information hierarchy. Its an app. I should be able to name them such as "NJudah Home"(as I did with the bookmarks in the website) and move them in order that matches my commute and transfers. Ive missed more busses and trains since installing this app than I ever did. The printed MUNI schedules were more accurate. Do they still exist? Please update with a solid working app. I will pay real money for it from the job youve made harder to plan get to.

The times are off - for MUNI-and the text doesnt fit the frame so info can get cutoff

Dont use for Boston MBTA buses. Id say its only been accurate 25% of the time. And not due to the MBTA being late.

Useless; specially the alerts! I cannot give even one star but I had to in order to send the review.

This app has finally gotten a lot better. The maps are much more reliable as well as the location updating. In general it serves its function well. However, it would be great to be able to look up a specific stop, and show the arrival times of the lines rather than only being able to look up a specific bus at a specific stop.

Dont know what everyone is complaining about. Use favorites and just click the map button to see where your line is at. Obviously not going to be accurate to the sub second but if youre running your routine with that little buffer then thats your fault

The old version worked fine. This new one is crashy.

Shows no next bus arrivals while the guy next to me using Transit shows an arrival in a few mins. Avoid this app.

If youre trying to accurately time a bus arrival, its off by 3 minutes. If you then want a general ballpark estimate, it loses entire transit routes.

I have had this app for a few years now and it was great however, its acting up for the pass week. I have tried to reset it but it is still not working.

The app wont allow me to see any busses in my area or any other for that matter

Works good for me. Dont know what all the negative stuff is about.

Worked perfectly for MetroWay (Arlington) then about a week ago it doesnt even show MetroWay anymore. Even my Favorites have "No Prediction". Good thing this was free

Sad to see that NextBus no longer provides service to WMATA. This was an amazing app. For anyone who doesnt reside in the DC metro area, download this app. Its really amazing. For anyone from WMATA who is reading this, it would be wonderful to partner with these guys again.
